• Files are delivered in PDF or other digital formats depending on the product.

• Delivery is typically instant, but in rare cases, it may take a few minutes.

What to Do If You Don’t Receive Your Files

• Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the email.

• If you still have not received your download within 1 hour, contact us at contact@obikos.com with your order number, and we will resend your files.

No Physical Shipping

Because all products are digital, we do not charge for shipping and do not provide tracking numbers.

Technical Responsibility
